In the event of extreme weather that poses a safety risk (such as lightning or high winds), the event may be temporarily paused or delayed. No refunds or partial reimbursements will be issued due to weather related delays or cancellations.
2. Changes to Schedule & Lineup
The organizers strive to maintain all published schedules, but all event dates, wave start times, music programming, and artist lineups are subject to change without prior notice. Such changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, safety requirements, or operational necessities. These adjustments do not qualify a paid participant for a refund.
3. Attendance Disclaimer
Plushie Con makes significant efforts to promote this event across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia to ensure high attendance. However, we cannot guarantee a specific number of patrons or spectators. Refunds or fee adjustments will not be granted to vendors or participants based on the final attendance numbers or the level of sales achieved during the festival.
4. Right of Refusal
The event organizers and security personnel reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the gated blocks for behavior that is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or in violation of the event code of conduct.
